Orders are processed daily and are usually delivered to your door within 7-10 Business Days.  

Shipping is FREE on USA orders of $99.00 or more 
(UPS Ground, USPS or Fed Ex to USA only.)

Shipping prices are for delivery within the Continental USA only.  Express delivery (2 and 3 day delivery) is available for an additional charge.  Please call (816) 863-0490 for quotes.  

We currently do not ship outside the United States and no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. 

Please contact us if you want your ordered insured, or to request a signature upon delivery.  There may be an additional fee for these services.

We ship Monday through Friday, using all major carriers (USPS, UPS and Fed Ex).  We choose the best carrier for your order based on the destination and size of shipment.

Orders are ordinarily shipped within 1-7 business days.  Once an order is shipped, you will receive e-mail with your tracking number.

Orders may be sent in multiple shipments depending on order size, origination, and item availability.  However, you will not incur any additional shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.  If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us via e-mail, or telephone to request a return authorization code within 7 days of receiving your order. 

All returns must be authorized by H2O Acres Country Store prior to being returned. PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.  We must be notified of any defects with product(s) within 7 days for you to receive a refund or exchange.  

Shipping insurance is highly recommended to protect your shipment.  We are not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipment of your item(s).  To protect your item(s), please request shipping insurance by e-mail or telephone prior to placing your order.  An additional fee may apply for shipping insurance.  

Authorized return items must meet the following criteria:  

Item(s) must be in their original condition; 

Item(s) must not be laundered; 

Item(s) must be in their original packaging; 

Item(s) must be returned with original paperwork; 

Item(s) must be returned with product cards, manuals and all accessories.  

There is a 10% restocking fee on all return items.   

There will be a 20% restocking fee on any package refused upon delivery, unauthorized return, or returned for not being able to be delivered to address provided.  

We do not accept returns on any custom made items or sale items.

We do not refund the shipping fees originally incurred to ship the package to you.  

We cannot refund or exchange any item that is damaged on the return trip or is lost (insurance is recommended on all return items).  

Your refund will be issued after the items are inspected for compliance with this Return Policy.  

Any returned items that do not meet the requirements of the Return Policy above cannot be refunded.
